ABOUT 

Evistrat Consulting Ltd was founded by Sue Kemp in August 2024. With over 23 years of experience in the medical device industry, Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Starting her career in the R&D labs of a global medical device company, Sue’s PhD in stem cell biology provided a strong foundation for her subsequent roles in R&D, Marketing, and Project Management. For over a decade, she has been a leader in clinical affairs, developing and executing robust clinical evidence strategies for products at all stages of the medical device lifecycle.

Having held leadership roles in top-tier, global medical device companies, Sue has a unique perspective on clinical strategy development. She has successfully shaped processes to identify and address critical evidence requirements, leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective clinical strategies.

Sue thrives on complex challenges and is adept at identifying the core issues that drive successful outcomes. Her collaborative approach, combined with a commitment to delivering optimized strategies, makes her an invaluable asset to any project.

​Outside of work, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, including her partner, two children, and their beloved dog. Her passion for the outdoors extends to skiing holidays and leisurely walks in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
